Our Buffalo Backpacker Chalets offer affordable, comfortable accommodation for travellers, school groups, sports teams, contractors, and outdoor enthusiasts looking to experience the beauty of the Lowveld without compromising on comfort.

Each chalet accommodates up to four guests and is furnished with four single beds and a private en-suite bathroom. Every second chalet shares access to a well-equipped communal self-catering kitchen, providing everything needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Guests can also make use of the outdoor braai facilities while relaxing in the peaceful surroundings of Hippo Waterfront Lodge.
